What would you do, (or pay) to spend a night at the late Gianni Versace's Miami "palace"? At first this would seem like a dream, but thanks to Barton G. Weiss who bought the mansion when the Versace family sold it after Gianni's slaying, (on the mansions front steps), your dreams can now become a reality. Thankfully, Barton has kept the mansion as is, including all the original bedding, furniture, flatware and etc. Now after quite a few years, Barton has "opened" the Versace palace to the public.
So, if your interested in staying in the home of one of fashions greatest idols, it will set you back at least $2,000 a night in the 10 room mini-hotel. Since 2 grand is a little out of many peoples price range, have no fear! You can still experience Gianni's home by dining in the 30-seat restaurant for a fraction of the cost that it would cost you to stay over night! Sounds good to me!
