Fashionably Late: Fashion At Your Finger Tips

Just incase you didn't catch onto the fact from my first nail polish post, that I literally get so excited everytime Chanel releases new nail polish colors, I'm going to do another post (and more than likely many more in the future).

Although I am loving these new colors, I feel like you have to be a certain kind of person to pull many of them off. I also haven't quite figured out the whole, "Velvet" thing yet, is it matte? or what the hell is it. Either way I feel like the Black "Velvet" shade should have been saved for the colder months.

But, what I am REALLY not understanding is why Chanel is doing this gold thing again with Gold Lame and Illusion D'Or. Like, didn't we do this already with the whole, "Limited Edition" $30.00 bottle of Gold Fiction? Anyway, these golds they're introducing this time around look EXACTLY like Gold Fiction except with a some sparkles added here and there. Therefore if you were a sucker like myself and bought Gold Fiction the first time around, I would skip these two gold shades, but if you missed out on GF, then pick up either shade for 7 bucks less.

Besides the Golds, I'm dying over the two pinks; Mistral and Riviera, and the aqua blue, Nouvelle Vague, which in French means, New Wave. I'm not sure of the status on the pinks but I know the blue is sold out pretty much everywhere and it's hitting ebay for more than double the retail price. I actually stumbled upon a new shipment yesterday at Bloomies, but resisted the urge to pick up a bottle, but I'm thinking of reserving a bottle, because the color really is gorgeous.
